Terms & Conditions

By completing a booking through our website, app, or by contacting our team, you enter into a service agreement with TLS for the provision of chauffeured ground transportation services as specified in your booking confirmation.

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your booking number (TLS format). We reserve the right to decline a booking if we cannot fulfill the requested service.

You must provide accurate pickup details, including address, date, time, and passenger count. Incorrect information may result in service delays or additional charges.

All prices displayed are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are calculated based on vehicle type, distance, duration, and selected options.

A 10% deposit is charged upon booking confirmation. The remaining 90% is charged 10 days before the scheduled pickup. For bookings made within 48 hours of pickup, the full amount is charged immediately.

Additional charges may apply for: extended waiting time beyond the complimentary period, route changes during the trip, overtime beyond the booked hours (hourly bookings), and toll fees for expressways.

Cancellations can be made through your customer dashboard or by contacting our support team. Refund amounts are based on the cancellation timing relative to the scheduled pickup:

• 10+ days before pickup: 90% refund (10% cancellation fee)
• 3-10 days before pickup: 70% refund (30% cancellation fee)
• 2-3 days before pickup: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
• 13 hours - 2 days before pickup: 20% refund (80% cancellation fee)
• Less than 13 hours before pickup: No refund (100% cancellation fee)

TLS reserves the right to waive or reduce cancellation fees at its sole discretion.

Passengers must behave respectfully toward the chauffeur and vehicle. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any damage to the vehicle interior caused by passengers will be charged to the account on file.

TLS reserves the right to terminate a journey if passenger behavior endangers safety. No refund will be issued in such cases.

TLS maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all vehicles and passengers. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Luggage is transported at the passenger's risk. We recommend travel insurance for valuable items.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of data necessary for service delivery, payment processing, and communication.

All content on the TLS website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Tokyo Limousine Service Co., Ltd. and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

TLS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
