How do I join the loyalty program?
Simply create a free TLS account. You are automatically enrolled in the Bronze tier and start earning points from your very first booking.
When do my points become available?
Points are credited to your account once your ride is completed. Pending points from upcoming bookings are shown in your dashboard but cannot be redeemed until the trip is finished.
Do my tier status and points expire?
Your tier is calculated per calendar year (January to December) and stays valid throughout the following year, so you never drop a tier just because a new year starts. Points are a separate matter: each credit is valid for 24 months from the day it becomes available.
Can I combine points with promo codes?
No — points and a promo code cannot be applied to the same booking. Simply pick whichever gives you the larger discount; the booking flow shows both amounts.
How does Lifetime Elite status work?
Lifetime status combines how long you have been a member with what you have actually travelled: 5 years plus 20 trips or JPY 1,500,000 for Lifetime Silver, 7 years plus 50 trips or JPY 3,000,000 for Lifetime Gold, and 10 years plus 100 trips or JPY 5,000,000 for Lifetime Platinum. Once reached, the status is permanent — it never downgrades, even if your annual spending decreases.
